"The IELTS School of Toronto" has monthly session start dates. Students can only commence their studies on these days. The minimum age for IELTS General Courses is 14 at the commencement of studies and the minimum age for IELTS General Courses is 16 at the commencement of studies.
English Language Entry Requirement Policy
The recommended level of proficiency in English to attend "The IELTS School of Toronto" courses is
IELTS 5.0 (minimum). "The IELTS School of Toronto" does require proofs of English language
proficiency before students register for a course. In their own interest, students need to make sure
that they have the minimum level of proficiency needed to complete a course successfully.
"The IELTS School of Toronto" offers a "Satisfy-or-Money-Back" Policy. All students who are not satisfied with our teaching approach are eligible for a full refund when they complete a Withdrawal/ Refund Request From within the first week of a course.
Attendance PolicyStudents are expected to attend ALL classes regularly.

Academic Progress PolicyStudents are expected to participate in webinars and complete all tasks, tests, and homework assignments on time. Coursework and tests submitted after the published deadline will not be marked.
English Only Policy"The IELTS School of Toronto" follows an English Only Policy. This means that you must speak English only to communicate with the instructors and your classmates during the course. Likewise, you must use English for all your correspondence with us.
Dismissal Policy
"The IELTS School of Toronto" does not tolerate any of the
following behaviours:
» inappropriate remarks concerning another student or staff’s ethnicity, race, religion or sexual
orientation.
» disruptive or offensive class behaviour
» cheating or plagiarising in completing homework or tests
Whenever a student demonstrates any of the behaviours listed above, he/she will receive a written
warning (by email). Should the student continue to
demonstrate similar behaviours, he/she will be dismissed from the course. The student will be
supplied with an official letter that explains the reasons for the
dismissal.
"The IELTS School of Toronto" is closed during these statutory Holidays:
• New Year's Day
• Heritage Day
• Good Friday
• Victoria Day
• Canada Day
• Civic holiday
• Labour Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day
No face-to-face/online classes will run on those days.
